Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review the terms outlined below. We strive to ensure a smooth and fair resolution for all eligible requests.

Products may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned herein.

1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accompanying materials.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of wear.

• Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.

Requests arising from “buyer’s remorse” (including accidental purchases or change of preference after delivery) shall not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges under this policy.

2. Exchange & Refund Timelines

• Exchange Processing: Approved exchange requests will be completed within 10-15 business days, subject to serviceability based on the delivery PIN code.

• Refund Processing: Where a return is approved for refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

Processing timelines may vary slightly depending on banking channels or logistical factors beyond our control.

3. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted, and therefore:

• Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or pattern are natural and inherent to the handmade process.

• Such variations do not constitute defects and shall not be eligible grounds for return or exchange.

• These variations are a characteristic of handcrafted items and shall not be treated as defects.

Additionally:

• Products sold under Clearance Sale or marked as discounted due to minor imperfections (e.g., dents, fading, or scratches) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Returns will only be considered in cases of substantial defects, such as breakage, leakage, or severe damage affecting usability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

• Clearance or sale items

• Products with disclosed minor defects

• Used or damaged items (post-delivery)

• Items returned without original packaging

5. Fraudulent Claims & Misuse of Policy

In the event that we reasonably suspect any misuse of this policy, including submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to:

• Reject such requests

• Suspend or terminate the associated user account

• Restrict access to future services

• Initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal legal action under applicable laws

All decisions in such cases shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

6. Final Authority

All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by our team. Approval or rejection shall be determined based on compliance with this policy.
